Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of supply.
Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page.
If an item is out of stock on our web site, and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale.
Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
• Nike Teamwear Orders often have to be specially ordered from Nike and can take longer
• Products on Pre-Order or Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering
• Credit Card Checks - sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card
• Shirts with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra few days to despatch.
Please note that once a name and squad number have been printed on the shirt, unless the shirt is faulty we cannot provide a refund or exchange the shirt even if that player subsequently leaves the club or his squad number changes during his career at the respective club.

1. DVDs, PC and PlayStation games and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.
2. Items that have been customised e.g. shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.
3. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
4. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you competitive rates and secure delivery. The contents of your order and your delivery address area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and their cost. In most cases you will be offered more than one delivery option for your order, but where orders exceed value, weight and volume limits there may only be one service available to you. Please note we do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be bourne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Please, ensure that you write a correct addres to delivery your order. You can write your home addres, or your work addres or a friend addres to ensure that always somebody can take your package. UPS will try to delivery your order 3 times and if it is impossible to delivery it they will return it to us, so we will have to charge you the cost of shipping another time.
UPS provides a fully traceable delivery service. Normally 3 - 5 day transit time from collection to delivery, dependent on time of order placement and delivery address. Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.
If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

You may return any item within 15 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.
To return an item please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 15 working days for this to be processed.
